“事前に送迎を頼んでおいたが、来ておらず。タクシーでホテルへ行くも、ホテルが見当たらず、何故か他の名前の場所で待たされる事30分。チェックインは更に他の場所へ移動して（この場所が判りずらい）のLINE指示でのチェックイン。シャワーは暖かくならないし、LINEで問い合わせてもすぐに返事は来ず。結構高台にあるので徒歩での移動は階段の上り下りがきついです。”

“Everything was great. The villa was clean and spacious though smelled a little weird. Life guards are cool once you get to know them. There was only a few guest in the whole area. Parking staff were rude and charged us even though free parking was in the listing.”

“Great stay overall! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The balcony view was amazing — perfect for watching the sunset and even the fireworks at night. The host was very friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phu Quoc.”

“Property was not at all as advertised. Rooms look much different than listing and it is very misleading and dishonest. we would not have stayed here if it was depicted accurately. Listed to have dryer and washer - our unit did not have a dryer. Air conditioner was leaking. Sheets smelled musty and unclean. Did not enjoy the stay here and would not recommend, was misled with the photos and description. Do not recommend! ”

“This is an apartment stay rather than a serviced apartment. The amenities are for owners only so we couldn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Talk about misleading listing and photos. We had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The owner left several of their own luggage in the main bedroom. They asked for picture of passport and visa of people staying. Then questioned us on whether anyone else was staying … because my family was helping us with the luggage! The location is ok…. Next to a very...
